Ingredients for Foxnut cutlate Recipe

  • Handful Fox nuts
  • A Few Drops Boiled potato
  • 1/2 tbsp Peanuts pwdr
  • As Required Rock salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tbsp black papper
  • 1/4 cup Green coriander
  • 1/2 g reen chili
  • As Required Oil for cooked

Directions: Foxnut Cutlate Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly soaked fox nut in a water for 1/2 n hour then pill potato skin and mashed in a big bowl.
  • STEP 2.Now add rock salt ,papper ,green chili ,coriander peanut pwdr.
  • STEP 3.Drain water from fox nuts and mashed with hands and add in this mixture .
  • STEP 4.Mix well grees hand and give shaped into a cutlate from this mixture.
  • STEP 5.Tack a non stick pan or tava heat it add 1 tsp oil put cutlate 4-4 at one time .
  • STEP 6.And cook both side untill brown .in slow flame .
  • STEP 7.Ready cutlate of serve in a plate.
