STEP 1.1 in a bowl take flour, salt, water and yeast, sugar and oil.
STEP 2.2 knead a dough.
STEP 3.3 cover it and let sit for 30 minutes.
STEP 4.4 slice the onions.
STEP 5.5 divide the dough into 2 parts and brush some oil over it and let it sit for a while.
STEP 6.6 take the prepared dough and spread it on a plate to give it the shape of a pizza base.
STEP 7.7 place the cheese cubes on top of the dough and sprinkle pepper and oregano.
STEP 8.8 roll flat the other half of the dough and use it to cover the previous one.
STEP 9.9 seal the edges and top it with sliced onions, olive oil, oregano and pepper.
STEP 10.1 keep the pizza tray in the oven for 20 minutes.
