1 tablespoon Olive oil
0.5 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined, cut up
0.5 teaspoon Garlic, minced

2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 pound Flounder fillets
0.5 tablespoon Parsley

Cooking Directions
STEP 1.Preheat your oven to 190C and then, combine minced garlic, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, and zest. Mix well to form a stuffing mixture.
STEP 2.Lay the flounder fillets flat and season with salt and pepper. Place three shrimp on each fillet. Roll up the flounder fillets, securing the shrimp inside, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
STEP 3.Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of the stuffed flounder, then spread the garlic and breadcrumb mixture on top.
STEP 4.Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through, and the topping is golden and crispy.
