• 0.5 teaspoon Ground turmeric
• 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 1 Juice of lime
• As required Salt
• 2 Tomatoes Chopped
• 1 Onion Finely Chopped
• 1 Birds eye chile finely chopped
• 1 Juice of lime
• 3 tablespoon Frozen grated coconut or freshly grated coconut
• 0.25 teaspoon Sugar
