• 1.5 tablespoon Thai Green Curry Paste
• 1 Small red capsicum, sliced
• 1 Green apple, diced
• 0.25 cup Fruit chutney
• 0.5 cup Sultanas
• 1.5 cup Massel salt reduced chicken style liquid stock
• 700 gram Firm white fish fillets, cut into 3cm cubes
• 0.5 cup Coriander leaves, chopped
