STEP 1.1 in a bowl take beef, cubanelle pepper, sazon, sopita, black pepper, salsa, oregano, chopped cilantro, chopped onion, garlic, ajicito and lime juice.
STEP 2.2 add a little olive oil and mix everything well and let it marinate overnight.
STEP 3.3 take onion rings in a bowl and add vinegar to it.
STEP 4.4 heat some olive oil in a pan and cook your marinated steak in it.
STEP 5.5 flip it over after 5 minutes.
STEP 6.6 add some water to the marinate bowl and pour it into the pan.
STEP 7.7 keep on flipping and cooking it until the meat becomes tender.
STEP 8.8 now add your onion rings on top and lower the flame.
STEP 9.9 let it cook for 5-10 minutes and your encebollado is ready to be served.
