Ingredients for Encebollado Recipe

  • 180 gram beef round steak
  • 1/10 No.s minced white onion
  • 1/10 No.s minced cubanelle pepper
  • 0.40 No.s minced ajicitos
  • 1 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/5 teaspoon sopita
  • 1/5-0.40 teaspoon salsa china
  • 1/5 teaspoon DR oregano
  • 1/5 No.s Lime
  • 1/5 No.s sliced golden onion rings
  • 1/5 teaspoon Vinegar
  • As required Olive oil
  • As required Canola oil to drizzle
  • As required Soy sauce

Directions: Encebollado Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take beef, cubanelle pepper, sazon, sopita, black pepper, salsa, oregano, chopped cilantro, chopped onion, garlic, ajicito and lime juice.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 add a little olive oil and mix everything well and let it marinate overnight.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 take onion rings in a bowl and add vinegar to it.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 heat some olive oil in a pan and cook your marinated steak in it.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 flip it over after 5 minutes.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 add some water to the marinate bowl and pour it into the pan.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 keep on flipping and cooking it until the meat becomes tender.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 now add your onion rings on top and lower the flame.

step 9

  • STEP 9.9 let it cook for 5-10 minutes and your encebollado is ready to be served.
