STEP 2.✍️__First of all,we will mix one and a half tsp vinegar in half a bowl of milk and keep it aside then after that we will cut dryfruits.
STEP 3.✍️__Now put buttermilk,oil powder Sugar in a bowl and mix it well then put flour milk powder, backing powder and baking soda in a sieve and filter it.
STEP 4.✍️__Then we will add bhagoni vanilla essence and mix it, now we will put a stand in the pan and cover it and keep it on medium gas to heat.
STEP 5.✍️__Now put the sifted flour in the bhagoni, and add milk little by little and mix, prepare a medium batter, then add chopped dryfruits and mix.
STEP 6.✍️__Now test the flour in the tin, then put some broken pieces, after that pour the cake batter and put broken pieces on top of it.
STEP 7.✍️Now put the cake tin in the stand of the pan and cover and cook on low gas. For 30 to 40 minutes. After cooking,let it cool for 10 minutes
STEP 8.✍️__Aftet the cake cools down, take it out in a plate and cut it in to pieces with a knife. Put it on a plate and serve it. Enjoy healthy and delicious dryfruits flour cake.
