Desi Pasta E Penne Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

A desi touch to the videshi pasta called penne. Made in our own style, this is a perfect take on the most famous italian version but purely vegetarian. Loads of beautiful and colourful winter vegetables have gone into making this super awesome pasta. To make it little more palatable and lip-smacking, i added mozzarella cheese to it. Though it is optional, i added to make it more divine. Happy dinner!.
