• 3 tablespoon Low fat plain yogurt
• 2 tablespoon Reduced fat mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoon Prepared mango chutney
• 2 teaspoon Hot curry powder, preferably madras
• 0.25 teaspoon Salt
• As required Freshly ground pepper, to taste
• 14 ounce 1 package extra firm water packed tofu, drained, rinsed and finely crumbled
• 1 cup Red grapes, sliced in 1/2
• 0.5 cup Sliced scallions
• 0.25 cup Chopped walnuts
