Ingredients For Curried Squash Soup Recipe

• 6 cup Peeled and chopped butternut squash
• 3 Large sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 2 Small to medium apples, peeled and chopped
• 2 inch Ginger, peeled and grated
• 2 Large garlic cloves, minced
• 1 can Full fat coconut milk. do not shake the can
• 2 cup Apple cider
• 2.5 tablespoon Mild Curry Powder
• 4 Vegetable bouillon cubes
• Oil, butter or ghee for cooking
• As required Salt . i use sea salt
• 2 cup Pumpkin seeds
• 0.5 cup Flaked or shredded coconut
• 6 tablespoon Honey or vegan substitute
• Oil, melted butter or melted ghee for cooking
