Curd poha also known as Atukula daddojanam in Telugu. Simple and easy breakfast recipe. Easy to make this recipe and also preparation time is also less.
STEP 2.Rinse the poha with water. Drain and keep it aside for few minutes.
STEP 3.Take a bowl, add poha, curd and salt. Mix well.
STEP 4.Add small quantity of water to get the desired consistency.
STEP 5.In a pan heat oil.
STEP 6.Add the mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and Fenugreek seeds let them splutter.
STEP 7.Add the chopped green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, dry chillies and hing and fry for a few seconds.
STEP 8.Pour this tampering over the poha mixture and mix until well combined.
STEP 9.Garnish with grated carrot & pomegranate seeds.
STEP 10.Curd Poha is ready.
