Ingredients for Curd poha Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Poha
  • 1/4 Cup Curd
  • As Required Water
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • 0.13 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Tbsp Urad dal
  • 1/4 Tbsp Chana Dal
  • 0.06 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Pieces Red chillies
  • A Pinch pinch hing powder
  • 0.13 Inch A piece of ginger
  • 1/2 g ) Green chillies
  • A Few Fenugreek seeds - few (optional)
  • A Few Curry leaves - few
  • A Few Coriander leaves - few
  • As Required For Ganishing Pomegranate seeds
  • As Required For Ganishing add grated carrot

Directions: Curd Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Preparation:
  • STEP 2.Rinse the poha with water. Drain and keep it aside for few minutes.
  • STEP 3.Take a bowl, add poha, curd and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add small quantity of water to get the desired consistency.
  • STEP 5.In a pan heat oil.
  • STEP 6.Add the mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and Fenugreek seeds let them splutter.
  • STEP 7.Add the chopped green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, dry chillies and hing and fry for a few seconds.
  • STEP 8.Pour this tampering over the poha mixture and mix until well combined.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with grated carrot & pomegranate seeds.
  • STEP 10.Curd Poha is ready.
