  • 0.33 cup Rice Flour
  • 0.17 cup Curd
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the flattened rice (poha) in water for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and blend the soaked poha with rice flour, curd, and salt to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Add water if needed to adjust the consistency of the batter.
  • STEP 4.Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle and pour a ladleful of batter onto it.
  • STEP 5.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 6.Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Flip the dosa and cook the other side until it is cooked through.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
