Ingredients For Chopped Asian Salad Recipe

• 8 cup Coleslaw mix
• 2 cup Diced carrots
• 2 cup Diced celery
• 1.5 cup Chow mein crackers
• 0.5 cup Chopped green onions
• 0.5 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
• 4 cup Cooked chicken i used 2 very large chicken breast, marinated them in teriyaki sauce and then grilled them
• 1 tablespoon Ginger chopped fine
• 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped fine
• 3 tablespoon Lime juice
• 3 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
• 2 tablespoon Rice wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Sweet chili sauce
