Chinese Veg Hakka Noodles Recipe

• STEP 1.1 boil water for the noodles and add salt to taste. Add 150 gms hakka noodles.boil until noodles are cooked and drain water. Rinse under running water.

• STEP 2.2 drizzle oil to prevent noodles from sticking. Keep aside.

• STEP 3.3 into a preheated wok, add 2 tbsp oil,1 inch ginger finely chopped, 2 onions finely sliced. Saute until the onions have softened.

• STEP 4.4 add ½ cup green beans thinly sliced, 1 carrot thinly sliced, 1 green capsicum thinly sliced, 1 cup cabbage thinly sliced, 4 spring onions finely chopped, ½ tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste.

• STEP 5.5 stir fry on high heat for a minute.cover for a few minutes till vegetables cook.

• STEP 6.6 then add ½ tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp red chilli sauce, ½ tsp chilli vinegar.

• STEP 1.7 stir fry for another 2 minutes. Add cooked noodles and serve hot.
