Directions : Chicken Roulade Recipe

STEP 1.Marinate the chicken and keep it inside a refrigerator.

STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions, spinach leaves, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, give it a mix and allow the spinach to cook on high flame.

STEP 3.Add cottage cheese, give it a good mix, switch off the flame and allow it to cool down.

STEP 4.Take the marinated chicken and give it a butterfly cut.

STEP 5.Tenderize the chicken, scoop in the filling, spread it on the chicken and roll it.

STEP 6.Heat oil in a flat pan, transfer the chicken roulade to the pan and once it
