Ingredients for Chicken Roulade Recipe

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 No.s chicken breasts
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • As required Salt
  • As required Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup paneer, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup spinach, shredded
  • 1/2 flakes chilli tsp
  • 2 green lemons

Directions: Chicken Roulade Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken and keep it inside a refrigerator.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onions, spinach leaves, oregano, chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, give it a mix and allow the spinach to cook on high flame.
  • STEP 3.Add cottage cheese, give it a good mix, switch off the flame and allow it to cool down.
  • STEP 4.Take the marinated chicken and give it a butterfly cut.
  • STEP 5.Tenderize the chicken, scoop in the filling, spread it on the chicken and roll it.
  • STEP 6.Heat oil in a flat pan, transfer the chicken roulade to the pan and once it
