2 gram Chicken cut into layers lengthwise and then thinly sliced across the breath 400
130 gram Cabbage thinly sliced
80 gram Mushroom thinly sliced
4 Garlic finely chopped cloves
10 gram Ginger finely chopped
1 Spring onions finely chopped Nos
2 Chillies finely chopped Nos
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper powder
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
As required Salt
4 tablespoon Oil

step 1
STEP 1. in a wok heat 2 tsp oil and add 400 gm chicken breast cut into 2 layers lengthwise and then thinly sliced across the breath.

STEP 1.stir fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Then remove the chicken from the pan and keep aside.

STEP 1.add another 2 tsp oil to the wok and add 1o gm ginger finely chopped, 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 1 finely chopped spring onion and 1 tsp sichuan pepper powder and fry for a few seconds.

STEP 1.then add 80 gm thinly sliced mushrooms and 2 finely chopped chilies and fry for a few seconds.

STEP 1.at this stage add the stir fried chicken back to the wok and stir fry for 1 minute.

STEP 1.next add 130 gm thinly sliced cabbage to the wok. Mix together well and stir fry for 1 more minute.

STEP 1.add 1 tsp soy sauce, salt to taste and stir together all the ingredients in the wok.

STEP 1.add 1 tsp sesame oil and stir again.

STEP 1. transfer to a dish and serve.
