Ingredients for Spicy Prawn And Cabbage Stir Fry Recipe

  • 1 No.s Large cabbage
  • 500 gram Raw prawns
  • 4 No.s Garlic Cloves
  • 2 No.s Ginger slices
  • 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns
  • 3 No.s Red chilli peppers
  • 2 No.s Green chilli peppers
  • As required Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Spicy Prawn And Cabbage Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a wok heat 1 tbsp oil, add 500 gm cleaned prawns and stir fry till they turn pink. Remove from the wok and keep aside.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 add 1 large cabbage cut into bite size pieces into the same hot oil and stir fry for 1 minute and then remove.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 heat another 1 tbsp oil in the pan, add 1 tsp green peppercorns and stir fry for a few seconds.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 add 2 slices of finely chopped ginger and 3 deseeded and roughly chopped green chilli peppers and 2 deseeded and roughly chopped red chilli peppers and stir fry for a few seconds.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add the sauteed prawns to the wok, stir together and sauteed cabbage to the wok. Stir fry for ½ minute and add salt to taste.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 stir fry all the ingredients together for1 minute and turn off the heat.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 transfer to a serving dish
