• 2 teaspoon Maharajah curry powder from penzey's
• 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon
• 0.5 teaspoon Cumin
• 0.25 teaspoon Curry
• dash Cayenne
• 0.25 teaspoon Coriander
• pinch Cardamom
• 1 Chayotes, chopped
• 1 tablespoon Butter
• 0.5 Medium onion, chopped
• 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 bunch Carrots, halved length-wise
• Few new potatoes, halved
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• Salt and pepper
