  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the chayote squash into bite-sized pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a large pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add the chopped chayote squash and mix well with the spices.
  • STEP 6.Pour in coconut milk and water, and season with salt.
