Ingredients For Carrot Laddoo(Gajar Ka Laddoo) #BSK Recipe
250 g Carrot
1.5 Cup Milk
4 Tbsp Sugar
4 Tbsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Chopped cashew
0.5 Cup Nestle milkmaid
0.25 Tsp Cardamom powder

STEP 1.In a pan take some ghee an put in the carrots, cook for 5-6 minutes on high heat.
STEP 2.Now add Nestle Milkmaid and mix the carrots, add cardamom powder and mix it in, keep it covered for 5-10 minutes on the medium heat
STEP 3.Make sure the carrots are completely cooked before adding sugar, add 4 tsp of sugar, you can adjust to your liking, mix the sugar in with the carrots and melt all the sugar, some water will come out, nothing to worry.
STEP 4.Cook on medium heat until the water evaporates, add powdered milk and mix it in with the carrots.
STEP 5.Add some more ghee and stir it on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, ot will add spectacular flavour, at this point, you can add nuts to choice.
STEP 6.Take off the stove and cool it down slightly, when its lukewarm, take some of the carrot mixture and make it into balls
STEP 7.Add nuts to garnish, serve and enjoy
