Ingredients for Carrot Laddoo(Gajar Ka Laddoo) #BSK Recipe

  • 83.33 g Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1.33 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1.33 Tbsp Ghee
  • 0.33 Tbsp Chopped cashew
  • 0.17 Cup Nestle milkmaid
  • 0.08 Tsp Cardamom powder

Directions: Carrot Laddoo(gajar Ka Laddoo) #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan take some ghee an put in the carrots, cook for 5-6 minutes on high heat.
  • STEP 2.Now add Nestle Milkmaid and mix the carrots, add cardamom powder and mix it in, keep it covered for 5-10 minutes on the medium heat
  • STEP 3.Make sure the carrots are completely cooked before adding sugar, add 4 tsp of sugar, you can adjust to your liking, mix the sugar in with the carrots and melt all the sugar, some water will come out, nothing to worry.
  • STEP 4.Cook on medium heat until the water evaporates, add powdered milk and mix it in with the carrots.
  • STEP 5.Add some more ghee and stir it on medium heat for 5-6 minutes, ot will add spectacular flavour, at this point, you can add nuts to choice.
  • STEP 6.Take off the stove and cool it down slightly, when its lukewarm, take some of the carrot mixture and make it into balls
  • STEP 7.Add nuts to garnish, serve and enjoy
