Ingredients for Suji/ rava ladoo #BSK Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup suji
  • 200 g Tin condensed milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • As Required For Ganishing Some raisins

How to Make Suji/ Rava Ladoo #bsk Recipe

STEP 01

1.Heat the ghee in a kadai

STEP 02

2.Add suji /rava and roast it for 2 -3 mins in low flame

STEP 03

3.Add condensed milk and mix nicely and keep stirring in medium flame for 3-4 mins until suji become soft and continue the stirring until the suji and condensed milk combined together and become a sticky mixture.Add cardamom powder and mix well

STEP 04

4.switch off the flame and cool it down for 3-4 mins

STEP 05

5.Take some ghee and rub it on palm and take small amount of suji mixture and give the shape of ladoo.Repeat the same process for making all ladoos

STEP 06

6.Garnish the ladoos with raisins or any other dry fruits of your choice

STEP 07

7.suji/rava ladoos are ready to serve
