How to Make Panipuri(golgappa/puchka) #bsk Recipe
STEP 01
Puri Preparation- Mix Rava Suji, all purpose flour(maida), oil and water and knead to make soft dough, now make 15-20 small balls and roll each ball to make 1.25 inch(approx) circle, now heat oil in a cooking pot and deep fry those circle to amke perfect puri/ puchka
STEP 02
Potato Stuffing preparation- Boil potatoes, white and green chilies, drain water and mash boiled potatoes, green chilies, then all other ingredients for making stuffing iteam.
STEP 03
Combine all and serve- Break Puri on the top and add potato stuffing into that puri and serve
STEP 04
Serve extra chopped onions, green chilies, so that people can add those according to their taste
