- 1/20 Litre Full cream milk
- 0.03 Cup Milk powder
- 1/20 Cup Suger
- 2.50 g Mawa
- 0.40 Pieces Cardamom
- 1/10 Tsp Kwara Water
- 1/10 Tbsp thandai masala
- 0.60 A Few Few threads of kesar

How to Make Malai Thandai Laddu #bsk Recipe
At first crumble paneer using your finger.,
The crumble paneer to a mixer jar along with full cream milk , kesar, cardamom, mawa, pinch of salt.
Grind to a very smooth paste. If required add some more milk then add suger.,
Take a wide pan , transfar the ground paste.
Switch on the Flame. Keep the flame on medium and stir in regular intervals.,add some milk powder into it .
After sometime observe that the mixture will start thickening.kerp stirring.,
Once the mixture starts leaving the surface and becomes a single lumo, its done
.then add kwara water and mix it well.,
The laddu mixture transfar to a ghee greased plate and allow it ti cool a bit. Once warm, knead it well,and add make small balls add some thandai masala into the laddu and arrange on butterpaper.
Decorated with silver leafs and sliced pistachios. That yummy malai thandai laddu.ready to eat
