STEP 5.Add chopped onion and salt
STEP 6.Fry until light brown
STEP 7.Add ginger garlic paste and fry
STEP 8.Add the marinated fish
STEP 9.Add 1 cup of water
STEP 10.Add tamarind juice and cook for 2 mins
STEP 11.Add the coriander leaves and cover for 4 mins under low flame
STEP 12.Serve with rice
