Directions : Bommidala Pulusu Recipe

STEP 1.Cut and wash the fish

STEP 2.Marinate the fish with salt,red chili powder and turmeric powder,

STEP 3.Heat the pan

STEP 4.Add oil and green chilies

STEP 5.Add chopped onion and salt

STEP 6.Fry until light brown

STEP 7.Add ginger garlic paste and fry

STEP 8.Add the marinated fish

STEP 9.Add 1 cup of water

STEP 10.Add tamarind juice and cook for 2 mins

STEP 11.Add the coriander leaves and cover for 4 mins under low flame

STEP 12.Serve with rice
