5 Okras
5 Nos red chillies
5 Nos fu puffs
2 tablespoon Oil
2 Nos garlic
1 tablespoon fermented black beans
1 Nos scallion
Sauce Mixture
6 tablespoon Water
0.5 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Sugar

Directions : Black Bean Sauce Yong Tow Foo Recipe

STEP 1.Mix sesame oil,white pepper into the fish paste and mix thoroughly.

STEP 2.Wash the okras and red chillies

STEP 3.Slit cut the okra to make an opening to stuff fish paste

STEP 4.Similarly,cut slit the red chillies and make them deseeded

STEP 5.Cut the tofu puffs in the middle partially and mix all(okra,red chillies,tofu puffs) in the sauce mixture.

STEP 6.Now fill the okras,red chillies,tofu puffs with the fish paste

STEP 7.1.add 1 tbsp oil in a pan & heat it.

STEP 8.2.place the yong tow foo in one layer and lightly fry it from both the sides giving it a slightly brown color.

STEP 9.3.transfer the pan fried yong tow foo onto a plate

STEP 10.4.add remaining 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

STEP 11.5.add garlic and stir fry,then add black beans.

STEP 12.6.now transfer the yong tow foo into the pan and mix well.

STEP 13.7.add the sauce mixture and saute well

STEP 14.8.once the sauce thickens and yong tow foo is mixed perfectly,add scallion and dish out
