  • 200 gram Lean pork
  • 100 gram French beans
  • 1 No.s Spring onion roughly chopped
  • 2 No.s Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
  • 3 gram Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking wine

How to Make Pork And French Beans In Black Bean Sauce Recipe

STEP 01

1 in a mixing bowl place 200 gm lean pork cut into thin strips, add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce and mix well. Leave to marinate for 1 hour.

STEP 02

2 in a wok heat 1 tbsp oil on high heat, add the marinated pork and stir fry for 4 minutes. Then remove from the wok and keep aside.

STEP 03

3 heatanother 1 tbsp oil in the wok on medium heat, add 3 gm finely chopped ginger, 2 cloves finely chopped garlic and stir fry for a few seconds.

STEP 04

4 add 100 gm french beans cut into 1 inch pieces and stir fry for 3 minutes.

STEP 05

5 then add 150 gm black bean sauce and stir fry for 1minute.

STEP 06

6 add the fried pork back to the wok and stir fry for another 1 minute.

STEP 07

7 lastly add 1 roughly chopped spring onion, stir together and serve hot.
