- As required Fish paste
- 4 dash sesame oil
- 4 dash White Pepper
- 5 Okras
- 5 Nos red chillies
- 5 Nos fu puffs
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 2 Nos garlic
- 1 tablespoon fermented black beans
- 1 Nos scallion
- As required Sauce Mixture
- 6 tablespoon Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- As required Salt

How to Make Black Bean Sauce Yong Tow Foo Recipe
Mix sesame oil,white pepper into the fish paste and mix thoroughly.
Wash the okras and red chillies
Slit cut the okra to make an opening to stuff fish paste
Similarly,cut slit the red chillies and make them deseeded
Cut the tofu puffs in the middle partially and mix all(okra,red chillies,tofu puffs) in the sauce mixture.
Now fill the okras,red chillies,tofu puffs with the fish paste
1.add 1 tbsp oil in a pan & heat it.
2.place the yong tow foo in one layer and lightly fry it from both the sides giving it a slightly brown color.
3.transfer the pan fried yong tow foo onto a plate
4.add remaining 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
5.add garlic and stir fry,then add black beans.
6.now transfer the yong tow foo into the pan and mix well.
7.add the sauce mixture and saute well
8.once the sauce thickens and yong tow foo is mixed perfectly,add scallion and dish out
