Ingredients For Berry Scone Recipe

• 1 stick 8 tb butter, cold, plus 1 tb melted, use cold coconut oil for vegan substitute
• 1 cup Frozen mixed berries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
• 0.25 cup Sliced almonds
• 0.5 cup Milk, almond milk also works here
• 0.5 cup Greek yogurt, vegan sour cream or vegan yogurt
• 1 cup All purpose flour, plus more for dusting the work surface
• 1 cup Whole wheat pastry flour, or substitute for more all purpose flour
• 0.5 cup Sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
• 2 teaspoon Baking powder
• 0.25 teaspoon Baking soda
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
