Short ribs are a winter time favorite when they're braised in a rich gravy, but they're also great on the grill in the summer when prepared BBQ style Get BBQ style short ribs from lgcm, then try your hand at making this korean staple. We use a simple marinade for the ribs, grill them over a hot fire, and then slice thin.
