Directions : Bandar Laddu Recipe

STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add 2 cups of gram flour and water and prepare a dough.

STEP 2.In a murukku maker add the dough and fry in oil.

STEP 3.Now let the murukku cool and then crush it and add in a mixer grinder to prepare powder.

STEP 4.In a pot add 2 cups of jaggery and water to prepare a syrup.

STEP 5.Add cardamom powder and mix well.

STEP 6.Now add the prepared powder and combine everything well.

STEP 7.Take the mixture on a plate and let it cool.

STEP 8.Grease ghee on your palms and make small laddu from the mixture.

STEP 9.Serve on a plate and garnish with pista.
