How to Make Bandar Laddu Recipe

STEP 01

In a mixing bowl add 2 cups of gram flour and water and prepare a dough.

STEP 02

In a murukku maker add the dough and fry in oil.

STEP 03

Now let the murukku cool and then crush it and add in a mixer grinder to prepare powder.

STEP 04

In a pot add 2 cups of jaggery and water to prepare a syrup.

STEP 05

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

STEP 06

Now add the prepared powder and combine everything well.

STEP 07

Take the mixture on a plate and let it cool.

STEP 08

Grease ghee on your palms and make small laddu from the mixture.

STEP 09

Serve on a plate and garnish with pista.
