Ingredients for Bandar Laddu Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Gram flour
  • 0.13 liter Water for kneading
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery
  • 1.25 gram Cardamom powder
  • 0.13 cup Ghee
  • 0.13 liter Oil For Frying

Directions: Bandar Laddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add 2 cups of gram flour and water and prepare a dough.
  • STEP 2.In a murukku maker add the dough and fry in oil.
  • STEP 3.Now let the murukku cool and then crush it and add in a mixer grinder to prepare powder.
  • STEP 4.In a pot add 2 cups of jaggery and water to prepare a syrup.
  • STEP 5.Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Now add the prepared powder and combine everything well.
  • STEP 7.Take the mixture on a plate and let it cool.
  • STEP 8.Grease ghee on your palms and make small laddu from the mixture.
  • STEP 9.Serve on a plate and garnish with pista.
