Directions : Aviyal Recipe

STEP 1.Cut all the vegetables.

STEP 2.Grind coconut pieces,fennel seeds,green chillies,add little water and make a paste.

STEP 5.Cooking directions tadka

STEP 6.1.heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,wait until it crackles.

STEP 7.2.add curry leaves and asafoetida

STEP 8.Cooking directions

STEP 10.1.boil all the veggies in water and add some salt for taste.

STEP 11.2.after the veggies are cooked,add the paste of coconut,green chillies and fennel seeds.

STEP 12.3.now add the paste into the cooked vegetables and mix well and cook for 10 mins.

STEP 13.4.now put it off the gas and add fresh curd then stir it.

STEP 14.5.then mix the prepared tadka and mix well.
