Ingredients for Aviyal Recipe

  • 500 gram Carrot, Drumstick,bean, potato, plantain
  • piece Coconut
  • 5-10 gram Fennel seeds
  • 2-3 No.s Green chillies
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • As required Mustard seeds
  • As required Curry leaves
  • As required Asafoetida powder
  • 1 Fresh curd bowl

  • STEP 1.Cut all the vegetables.

  • STEP 2.Grind coconut pieces,fennel seeds,green chillies,add little water and make a paste.

      • STEP 3.Cooking directions tadka

      • STEP 4.1.heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds,wait until it crackles.

      step 7

      • STEP 5.2.add curry leaves and asafoetida

        • STEP 7.1.boil all the veggies in water and add some salt for taste.

        step 11

        • STEP 8.2.after the veggies are cooked,add the paste of coconut,green chillies and fennel seeds.

        • STEP 9.3.now add the paste into the cooked vegetables and mix well and cook for 10 mins.

        step 13

        • STEP 10.4.now put it off the gas and add fresh curd then stir it.

        step 14

        • STEP 11.5.then mix the prepared tadka and mix well.
