STEP 1.Firstly prepare the soft dough by kneading using wheat flour, water and pinch of salt. Then keep aside.
STEP 2.Then for the filling - Take a bowl, to that add boiled potatoes followed by red chilli powder, salt, Garam masala powder, chopped Green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, salt and mango powder. Mix it all well and see the potatoes should be mashed properly.
STEP 3.Then roll the dough just like a chapati and then fill the filling of potato nicely. Pressed the rolling pin nicely so the filling cannot come out.
STEP 4.Then roll the filling rolling pin into round Parathas. Then heat the ghee on Tawa. Put Paratha on it and roast the Paratha well from both the sides. Your Paratha is ready.
STEP 5.Then take it out in a plate. Serve it hot with curd, red tomato sauce or with green chutneychutney or with mango pickle. Enjoy with your family.
