• I). For the Pattie
• 4 Boiled potatoes mash
• 2 Wet and pat dry Brown bread slices
• 2 tablespoon Soaked Poha/flatten rice puffs
• As required Salt, white pepper, Mexican spice mix or Italian herbs
• Plain flour and dried bread crumb mix in equal ratio for dusting
• oil for greasing palms
• II. For the filling
• 0.5 cup Parboiled peas slightly Mashed
• 1 Chopped deseeded tomato
• 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
• 0.5 lemon juice: lemon
• As required Salt, white pepper and Oregano
