Directions : Ackee And Saltfish Recipe

STEP 1.1 - chop the fish and boil it in salt water.

STEP 2.2 - to clean it thoroughly, change the water thrice.

STEP 3.3 - chop the bacon and fry it until it turns crisp.

STEP 4.4 - heat some oil in a pan and cook onions and tomatoes in it.

STEP 5.5 - add bacon, ackee and fish in the pan.

STEP 6.6 - season it with some black pepper and mix well.

STEP 7.7 - cook it for a few minutes and your ackee saltfish is ready to be served.
