STEP 1.Add 3 tablespoon of oil to soften the dough of kachori. Keep adding water in order to prepare a dough. Kneed the dough lightly.

STEP 1.Take 2 potatoes and boil them. Smash the potatoes properly.

STEP 1.Take a wok, put some oil in in it, on medium flame add some cumin seeds, asafoetida, one green chili, ginger paste and add the smashed potatoes and roast.

STEP 1.On low flame add some red chili powder, salt, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, fennel seeds, garam masala, mango powder and mint leaves.

STEP 1.Take the stuffing out in a bowl. Cool it down.

STEP 1.Take small portions of the dough and smoothen making small spheres. Using your hand stuff the stuffing and roll into small circles.
