Ingredients for Kachori Recipe
- 0.13 cup moong dal
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
- 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
- 0.38 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
- 0.13 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder / amchur powder
- 0.13 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 pinch hing
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- NaN As required Salt
- 2.50 teaspoon Water
- 1/2 cup maida / all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Semolina
- 1.50 tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 pinch soda, optional
- 1/4 liter water to knead to dough
- As required oil for deep frying

How to Make Kachori Recipe
For stuffing in a large pot, dry roast moong dal and make coarse flour of roasted moong dal.
In the same pot add moong dal flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, crushed fennel seeds, dry mango powder, garam masala, hing, sugar and salt to taste and mix well.
Add water and combine everything well.
In a large mixing bowl add 1 cup of maida, rava and oil and salt.
Add water in small quantities and knead to form a dough and cover the dough for 15 mins with wet cloth.
Take a small quantity of dough and flatten.
Add 1 tsp of prepared moong dal stuffing.
Get the edges together to cover the stuffing with the dough.
Gently press the edges and flatten.
In a pot add oil to deep fry the prepared kachoris.
Then press with the spoon to puff up.
Serve moong dal kachori on a plate and Enjoy.
