Ingredients for Aaloo Kachori's Recipe

  • 300 gram All purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Carom seeds
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • As required Edible oil for cooking
  • 3 No.s Potatoes
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 3 No.s Green chilli
  • 3 No.s Ginger cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tablespoon Mango powder
  • As required Mint leaves

Directions: Aaloo Kachori's Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl, add half cup all purpose flour, some carom seeds. Mix well.

  • STEP 1.Add 3 tablespoon of oil to soften the dough of kachori. Keep adding water in order to prepare a dough. Kneed the dough lightly.

  • STEP 1.Cover and keep aside

  • STEP 1.Take 2 potatoes and boil them. Smash the potatoes properly.

  • STEP 1.Take a wok, put some oil in in it, on medium flame add some cumin seeds, asafoetida, one green chili, ginger paste and add the smashed potatoes and roast.

  • STEP 1.On low flame add some red chili powder, salt, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, fennel seeds,  garam masala, mango powder and mint leaves.

  • STEP 1.Take the stuffing out in a bowl. Cool it down.

  • STEP 1.Take small portions of the dough and smoothen making small spheres. Using your hand stuff the stuffing and roll into small circles.

  • STEP 1.Take a deep frying pan,  pour enough oil and put the kachori

step 10

  • STEP 1.S in one by one.

step 11

  • STEP 1.Cook until they turn golden brown in color.

  • STEP 1.Cook for some minutes and serve hot.
