1.  Meyer Lemon Parmesan Avocado Toast And Egg 

This is a wholesome breakfast dish, packed with the goodness of not just lemons. There’s avocado, egg and parmesan too. Avocados are a healthy choice when it comes to breakfast. The creamy avocado provides a perfect base for a runny egg, topped with grated parmesan and a dash of lemon zest. This is quite filling and nutritious, and will keep you cool during summers. 

2.  Lemon Blueberry Smoothie 

A smoothie, for the unversed, is a creamy blend of several ingredients including fruits and vegetables that are pureed to form a drink. Dairy products like yoghurt usually form the base of smoothies. This one is flavoured with frozen blueberries and bananas which add fibre and nutrition to the drink. Made with almond milk, the smoothie has hints of cinnamon in it too. 3.  Lemon Pancakes 

Made with whole wheat, all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda, the pancake batter is spruced with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. A drizzle of honey and some poppy seeds on top and your French toast is ready.
