• 1 can Canned diced tomatoes, we prefer fire roasted
• 1 can Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
• 2.5 cup Vegetable broth, see our veggie broth recipe
• 0.5 cup Uncooked Quinoa
• 0.5 cup Packed cilantro leaves, chopped
• 0.5 Juice lime or more
