STEP 1.-1)in a large mixing bowl add 3 boiled peeled potatoes, 2 cups washed poha (flattened rice), 1/4 cup grated carrot, ¼ crumbled paneer, chopped coriander leaves as desired, 2 chopped green chillies, ¼ tsp balck pepper powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste.
STEP 2.-2)mix all the ingredients together well. Grease fingers and palms, take small portions of the mixture and make lemon sized balls.
STEP 3.-3)make a smooth mixture of ¼ cup all purpose flour (maida) and ¼ cup water.
STEP 4.-4)spread bread crumbs in a bowl.
STEP 5.-5)dip the cutlet into the maida batter, drain off the excess and then roll it in breadcrumbs till evenly coated.5vplace the breaded cutlets in a hot pan. Fry for a few seconds. Drizzle a little oil over the cutlets and flip them over. Press gently to ensure the cutlets cook through. Fry till evenly golden brown on both sides.
STEP 6.-6)serve hot with tomato sauce.
