STEP 1.Take one Bowl. Add 2and Half Measuring Cup Wheat flour. Add 1/2 Spoon Salt ,2 Tea Spoon Oil. Mix all the Ingredients. Then add water as required.and knead the dough Smooth and Soft. Add One teaspoon Oil. Grease well and rest for 20Minutes.
STEP 2.Take one Pan.Add Water in it.Take one Cooker Vessel, and put 2 Potatoes Peel and make cubes.
Add 1 Chopped Carrot. Add chopped 15 Beans, 1/2 Cup Matar, 1/2 Spoon Salt. Now closed the Cooker and take 4 whistle. After Cool the Cooker for 10 to 15 minutes.Then open the Cooker. Drain the Water. Mash smooth Texture.
STEP 3.In a Pan add 2 Tea Spoon Oil. 1/2 Spoon Ginger Paste.2 finally chopped Green Chill.Saute well. Add 1/2 Spoon Garam Masala, 1/2 Spoon Cumin Powder, 1/2 Spoon Amchur Powder, 1/2 Spoon Corrinder Powder. Then add 1 Measuring Cup Cheese. Mash Cheese snd cook well. Add cooked Mix Vegetables. Cook for 2 Minutes. Hold in a shape. Add finally chopped 2 Spoon Corriendor and Mix well and cool completely. Step 4
Now wet Dough knead slightly. Make ball size Dough. Dust Wheat flour. Roll thin edges stuffed Vegetable Balls Stuffing and pleating secure tight. Pinch of excess Dust Atta and Roll Gently and slightly thick. Dust off flour. Put it in Hot Tawa. Cook in Medium flame. Flip over, turn the Paratha and add 1/2 Tea Spoon Oil or Ghee both the sides.Press Gently.Roast both the sides. Put one Butter cube on the Paratha and Serve The Veg
Mix Paratha, with Curd and Pickle.
