  • STEP 2.In a separate bowl, mix together grated carrots, boiled peas, mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and spices like cumin powder, garam masala, and red chili powder.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a small circle. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of the circle and fold the edges to seal the stuffing.
