STEP 1.Firstly boil the soya chunks and strain it with water and then mix it with different spices in a bowl then add curd besan also and stir it finely and the in a pan put oil and shallow fry soyachunks made with different ingredients and keep it aside and then take another bowl fry ginger garlic and onion tomatoes for 2 mints and then add the fry soya chunks and boiled water for 5 mints and now your veg masala soya chunks is ready to serve and garnish it with coriander.
