  • STEP 1.Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 15-20 minutes until they become soft and plump.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and squeeze out any excess moisture from the soya chunks.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, and green chilies. Saute until the onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add the bell peppers and cook for a few minutes until they become slightly tender.
  • STEP 5.Add the soya chunks to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 6.In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and chili sauce.
